More detailed information about Scoot baggage allowance and fees below:
- Economy class – Limited to one piece of up to 7kg (plus 3kg allowance if a laptop is carried)
- ScootBiz class – Limited to 2 pieces of up to a combined weight of 15kg
- Please note that cabin baggage, regardless of class, cannot exceed dimensions of 54cm x 38cm x 23cm (total linear dimensions cannot exceed 115cm)
Make sure your cabin baggage does not exceed the permitted allowance, or you will be advised to check in your baggage at the check-in counter or boarding gate, and be subject to applicable excess baggage fees at the airport!
- No limit to number of pieces, and is only constrained by your total baggage allowance
- No individual piece must weigh more than 32kg or exceed total linear dimensions of 158cm
You are encouraged to pre-purchase your checked baggage allowance. Don’t be caught with your pants down at the airport! If you exceed your checked baggage allowance, you will be charged for every kg in excess, so avoid expensive airport fees by buying in advance!
