This refers to those personal effects brought onto the airplane by the passenger, free of charge and considered under their custody and their responsibility. Each passenger may carry one piece of hand luggage plus a personal item, subject to space availability on board the aircraft. For safety reasons, if we do not have space available in the cabin, we will carry your baggage in the hold.

In addition to the above, articles such as jackets, walking sticks, umbrellas, small cameras, binoculars, reading material or a small bag of duty free goods may be carried on provided the passenger keeps them in his or her possession or stows them under the seat in front of the passenger* * Except for emergency exit seats and seats in the first row. Important: Under the regulations of the Civil Aeronautics Directorate, e-cigarettes will only be permitted on board when carried on your person or in hand baggage. It is forbidden to transport them in hold baggage.
This refers to all baggage checked at the airport and transported in the aircraft’s hold. For flights with stopovers, luggage will always be labeled through to the final destination. The dimensions and standard weight of each piece of baggage (regardless of any excess baggage) are:

Keep in mind that if you exceed the standard weight or number of pieces of luggage allowed for your trip, excess luggage charges will apply. Pieces larger than the maximum total dimensions of 203cm (80 inches) or the maximum allowed weight of 45 kg (99 lb) cannot be carried in the hold. On flights to/from Argentina, Europe and Oceania, the maximum weight allowed per piece is 32 kg (70 lb).
Carrying A Dog In order to travel with your emotional assistance dog you must submit a medical certificate on the letterhead of your psychologist, psychiatrist (in the case of the United States, your Licensed Clinical Social Worker) when making the reservation and when boarding. The document must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be a maximum of one year old.
- Contain a clinical diagnosis clearly indicating that you need to have your pet with you.
- Full name of patient and of doctor.
- Contact telephone numbers of the health professional or the medical center.
- Their signature.
