Business Class

Your baggage allowance in the business class is several baggage items with total weigh up to 40 kilograms including hand baggage, provided that weight of one item doesn’t exceed 32 kilos. Dimensions shall not exceed 160 cm.

Economy Class

Your baggage allowance in the economy cabin is one baggage item which can weigh up to 20 kilograms including hand baggage up to 5 kilos. Please note that a passenger can also take on board the following personal belongings: a ladies’ handbag or a brief case; a paper folder; an umbrella, a cane; a bunch of flowers; overclothes; print media for reading in flight; baby food; a cell phone; a photo camera; a video camera; a portable PC; a suit in a garment cover; crutches, a band barrow (if passenger needs them).

The Air Carrier has established toll-free baggage allowances as follow:

Adults 20kg including 5kg of hand luggage;
Children (below 12 YOA) 20kg including 5kg of hand luggage
Infants (below 2 YOA) 10kg including 5kg of hand luggage + portable baby stroller.

ATTENTION! On flights from St. Petersburg to Cancun allowed baggage is no more than 15kg. Hand baggage – 5 kg. in economy class, business class – 20kg. + Hand luggage 5 kg. Excess baggage on this routeis forbidden!

Special Valued

The baggage, which requires special carriage conditions (for example, valuable, breakable, fragile items) can be accepted for carriage in the aircraft’s passenger compartment, in case the passenger has agreed upon this service with the Carrier in advance and the baggage has passed special air safety inspection. The passenger shall bear liability for its integrity and safety.

The Passenger should carry jewelry, money and documents in his/her personal possession and not register them in the baggage. The passenger should not include perishable products, currency notes, jewelry, precious metals, silver items, money liabilities, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports, IDs, medications, keys and other similar items in his/her registered baggage. The Passenger shall bear liability for integrity and safety of such items.

The passenger can register the baggage with declared value. The value of the registered baggage shall be declared separately for each article. The baggage’s declared value shall not exceed the baggage’s actual value.
