Transavia Cabin Baggage Allowance

Size limitations
- maximum dimensions: 55 × 40 × 25 cm (21.5 × 15.75 × 10 in).
- maximum weight: 10 kg (22 lb)
In addition, you may bring:
- 1 coat
- 1 umbrella
- 1 small video/film camera
- reading material for the flight
Carry-on luggage must be of such a size and shape that it can be stowed beneath the seat or in the overhead luggage bin. Based on the type of aircraft or the space available in the cabin for storing luggage, there are sometimes additional restrictions. Occasionally passengers are asked to turn over large carry-on items when boarding the aircraft; these are returned immediately when disembarking from the aircraft.

Transavia Checked Baggage Allowance

The sum of the length + width + height of the bag should be 158 cm (62 inches) or smaller inclusive of handle, pockets and wheels. The maximum weight of any piece of checked baggage on all flights from Amsterdam – Schiphol and Rotterdam is 32 kg (70 lb). For all other airports please contact the airport.

Special Requests
If you wish to bring special luggage (pets, bicycles, golf equipment etc) you can inform us of this when booking your flight or via my Transavia up to 2 hours before departure (if you have not checked in yet).
If you need special assistance (wheelchair, oxygen support etc) due to limited mobility we advise you to inform us of this at least 72 hours before departure with Transavia via my Transavia or by contacting the call centre. If you inform us of your request less then 48 hours before departure we cannot guarantee our ability to meet your request. The maximum height of your wheelchair cannot exceed 86 cm. We would also kindly ask you to check in on time (2.5 hours before departure) so that we can prepare the wheelchair for your journey.
