One (1) personal item is allowed along with carry-on baggage:

Checked baggage allowance is the baggage you are allowed to check in for your flight, free of charge. Checked baggage fees are incurred on checked baggage in excess of the free checked baggage allowances. Boxes may form part of your free checked baggage allowance, however all checked baggage must meet maximum dimension and weight limitations as indicated below.

ECONOMY CLASS (Domestic travel between Trinidad and Tobago)

Caribbean Airlines allows certain types of sporting equipment and musical instruments which may form part of your free checked baggage allowance. The maximum weight allowed per items is 23kg (50lb) and maximum dimensions (H+W+L) is 157cms (62 ins). Oversized sporting equipment and musical instruments will be permitted as excess baggage on a standby basis, at the applicable excess baggage charge. Excess baggage will not be accepted to/from Venezuela.
